"Liz Aguilar is the most unprofessional employee representing state farm. I don't like putting my business out to the public, but she has failed us on claims, being rude because she has to do her job. Don't get me started on how entitled she feels. Simple question turned her into the devil. Like dang girl calm down, I just needed information.
Who tells there customer you can go find other insurance? Like what? Do you realize you will lose me and 3 others. Along with this bad review because you can't do your job in a professional manner."
